Are you unfocused or retired or feeling 'adrift' in the 'waters of life'? This workshop is for the older woman who is looking to re-focus and reconnect with her spiritual side and higher self. We will examine issues of change and loss from a spiritual perspective. Learn techniques that will empower you to create the life you want to live. You can manifest your own future!
